Graeme and Natasha’s Bowral Wedding
I love the countryside. The air is fresh and the wide open spaces are therapeutic. One of my favourite drives is through the Southern Highlands of NSW (south of Sydney), so when Graeme and Natasha asked me to photograph their wedding at Briar’s Country Lodge in Bowral, I jumped at the chance.
They had booked the whole lodge out for their guests, most of whom flew in from England to spend a few days at the lodge. Come the wedding day all of the guests had already had a chance to mingle and build rapport, which created a very connected and friendly atmosphere.
Natasha’s dress was hand made – she sketched the concepts herself. The intricate lace work and long elegant train were just amazing.
Natasha’s very stylish Shanze shoes:

These kids were so much fun (and so well behaved)!

This is my favourite from the day. Natasha is such a classic beauty.

And definitely doesn’t take herself seriously!

The boys and girls mucking around (all of the bridesmaids are Natasha’s sisters – that’s one big Italian family!):

I love this one:

A tender moment shared between mum and dad

Thanks guys, it was a truly special day, and I felt honoured to be a part of it.

Natasha and Graeme sure make a Magical Couple (being Natasha’s mother I am not at all biased !) and how lucky am I to have gained such a beautiful son! Do you happen to have a photo of Natasha and me (I’m the one crying in a long deep purple gown)
