Neerav and Deepa’s Indian Wedding – Goa, India
When Neerav and Deepa asked me to photograph their wedding in Goa, India, I couldn’t resist. A beachside town on India’s south-west coast popular with tourists, Goa boasts stunning shorelines and quaint Portuguese-influenced architecture.
Deepa looked flawless in her elegant and simple bridal gown:

Neerav didn’t shape up too badly either!

A last minute revelation – Neerav rode in on an elephant! Try doing that in Australia:

The Bharat (groom’s side procession) dancing their way up to the top of the hill:

Deepa’s grand entrance. She later told me the view from “up there” was a sight to behold:

One of the most beautifully decorated mandaps I’ve ever seen:

The hazy sunset over Goa provided a unique backdrop for this shot:

When we returned to the hilltop, the grounds had been transformed into a festival of light and colour. I’d be lucky if the photos translate even a small part of the grandeur of the reception:

Thank you for capturing such cherished moments so beautifully. Deepa and Neerav both look amazing. Pictures are so alive and colourful, just like Deepa. Who would have thought Deepa’s little cousin that she loved and bullied at the same time, would have played such a key role in her wedding? Congratulations to Deepa and Neerav, for finding such an exotic venue and having such great vision. And congratulations of course to Jatin, for a job so well done!
