After getting to know Bobby and Rajkiran at their e-session in the Rocks, I got to know their families at the fun-filled Batna (cleansing) ceremony. Friends and family entertained us with some hilarious sketches of how Bobby and Rajkiran’s love blossomed over the Internet, followed by wild dancing in the packed lounge room.

The wedding on Saturday started with Bobby being dressed at home, followed by the Milni (welcoming) ceremony at the Revesby Gurudwara (Sikh Temple). Following the wedding, we went to the Opera House steps for some fun in the sun with the bridal party, followed by some traditional games at home to conclude the evening. The reception on Sunday was at the glamorous Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, decorated by the always talented Roshi from Exclusive Wedding Mandaps. It was also a pleasure working with Mark from Moving Presentations who captured some beautiful video which he compiled into a reception film which received great applause. Well done Mark!

Preet and Deep were married in a tradition Sikh wedding ceremony, followed by an elegant and energetic reception at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. After getting to know them at their e-session a few months back, and seeing what a pair of jokers they were, I knew the days leading up to the wedding and the wedding day would be a whole lot of fun.

Preet, who had requested all of the wedding events be conducted in classic Sikh tradition, looked glamorous in her traditional wedding Sari:
